Paolo has more than 15 years of expertise in the field of electronics for industrial automation and avionics.
He brought his skills to Radex in 2017, where he was responsible for redesigning the electronics of the entire LED range, making significant progress in terms of production efficiency and product quality.

Since 2021, he has been responsible for the purchasing office and planning of the moulding department.
